About Tree Pruning Niagara
Tree Pruning Niagara is focused on helping property owners throughout Niagara, Ontario, care for the trees that make their outdoor spaces useful, attractive and welcoming. We believe good tree care begins with listening, understanding the site and recommending work for a clear reason. Our services include tree pruning, tree removal, complete tree care, stump grinding, tree health inspections and tree planting.
Our Story
Tree Pruning Niagara grew from founder Dan's appreciation for the trees and landscapes that give Niagara its distinctive character. The region brings together established neighbourhoods, mature gardens, rural properties and changing residential developments. Trees are part of that character, but they also need thoughtful maintenance as they grow, age and respond to their surroundings. Dan wanted to build a service centred on practical advice and a straightforward approach to caring for those trees.
The idea behind the business is simple: a tree should be understood before work begins. A branch growing toward a roof, a tree showing signs of decline and a stump left after removal are different problems that call for different solutions. Rather than treating every request as a cutting job, Tree Pruning Niagara focuses on the reason for the work, the condition of the tree and the needs of the property owner. That means discussing when pruning makes sense, when a tree may need further assessment and when removal or replacement is worth considering.
Today, Tree Pruning Niagara serves property owners across Niagara, including Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Grimsby, Lincoln, St. Catharines, Pelham and Fort Erie. Our goal is to make tree care easier to understand, with clear communication and recommendations that respect both the landscape and the people who use it. Whether the project involves one overgrown tree or several maintenance needs across a property, we aim to help customers make informed decisions for the long term.

How We Work
Tree health before unnecessary cutting
We believe pruning should have a clear purpose. Retaining healthy trees and maintaining their natural structure should be considered wherever practical.
Honest, understandable advice
Customers deserve to know why a service is being recommended, what it involves and when a concern may require a specialist assessment.
Respect for the property
Trees are part of a larger landscape. We consider nearby structures, gardens, paths, fences and access when planning the work.
Long-term thinking
Good decisions take future growth into account. We encourage appropriate maintenance, suitable planting and thoughtful planning after tree removal.
